Anyone who has dined at Maggie’s on Meeker knows how good the food is, so no one seems surprised that the three-year-old restaurant was voted “Best Breakfast” in Kent by Kent Reporter readers. Rebecca, voted “Best Waitress,” says that the restaurant is known for its delicious bacon, but also the Maggie’s Scramble, Maggie’s Mess and plain-old bacon and eggs. Sean, the kitchen manager, says that their omelets are also popular.
His personal favorites? The Denver (ham, onion and green pepper) and Western (a Denver omelet with cheese) omelets.
“It takes a special touch to make an omelet just right,” Sean says.
Next time you’re at Maggie’s, try one of these customer favorites or choose your own. What’s your favorite Maggie’s breakfast dish? We want know.
